Guitarist Mark Leggett has been composing music in Los Angeles for 35 years. Twice nominated for the Primetime Emmy Award, he has composed for hundreds of television and film projects. Collaborations include Dolly Parton, Netflix, Werner Herzog, Levon Helm, Warner Bros, Richard Thompson, NBC, Greg Garcia, Erik Nelson, Discovery, Sam Haskell, PBS, My Name Is Earl and more.
2022 has been busy with the release of the film Doctor Who Am I, featuring Mark’s score, an upcoming Dolly Parton Christmas movie and the release of the album “Guitars & Blackbirds” featuring Mark’s guitar arrangements of Beatle classics.
Mark brings his guitar talents to many of his scores adding unique textures and colors. Mark has been interviewed in the premier guitar magazines Fretboard Journal and Fingerstyle Journal as well as having many popular performance videos online. He also performs live monthly at LA’s TRiP music venue.
